Deli Style Protein Box

Protein Boxes are one of my favorite on-the-go lunches. When Jennie-O sent these Premium Portions Oven Roasted Turkey Breasts, I knew they would make a great addition to a Deli Style Protein Box. These are perfect for making ahead and grabbing for a protein packed snack or lunch.

Jennie-O Premium Portions Oven Roasted Turkey Breast are seasoned, fully-cooked and ready to slice. I diced mine into 6 ounce portions.

I then paired it with some of my favorite snacks. I arranged them in these reusable meal prep containers and popped them in the fridge. Easy peasy!

 

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Jennie-O Premium Portions Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, diced
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 4 cheese sticks
  • 24 pretzels
  • grapes
  • apples, sliced

Instructions

  1. Divide ingredients into reusable meal containers.
  2. Use within 3-4 days.

Notes

I’ve estimated about 47 grams of protein in each box. 36 grams for 6 oz of Jennie-O Premium Portions Turkey Breast, 6 grams of protein for the egg and 5 grams for the cheese stick.
