My daughter and I both love plain yogurt. I know some people like yogurts filled with sweeteners and fruits, but for us.. we love the tang! I only buy plain greek and regular yogurt. We couldn’t wait to make this easy healthy treat of Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark for Mini Chef Mondays.
We like to make this 1-2 times a week and then store in a freezer-safe bag or container. No fancy gadgets are needed to make this recipe!
I love how much more my mini chef can do now. I simply prep everything and she knows exactly what to do. There’s not much for me to do now aside from being her sous chef and photographer.

- 1 large container of plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped fruit
- *sweetener can be used if you like your yogurt sweet
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the plain yogurt with vanilla.
Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread a little to even.
Sprinkle on the chopped fruit and freeze for 3-4 hours until frozen solid.
Slice up and enjoy!
